We offer returns on all our products as long as the product is sealed, in the original packaging and unused/unopened for up to 14 days after you receive it.

We may ask for pictures to verify that the product is in good condition. You will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring that the item reaches us in the same condition received

Due to the nature and popularity of the products we sell, there is a very high risk of receiving counterfeit goods so we are unable to refund on any opened products. If the item returned does not satisfy our requirements we will not accept it.

Once the product has been returned to us then we will issue a refund within 5-7 days.

Economy - Royal Mail 2nd Class:

• £3.95 on orders up to £29.
• FREE on orders above £29.

Standard - Royal Mail 1st Class:

• £4.95 on orders up to £49.
• FREE on orders above £49.

Expedited - DPD 24-Hour Courier:

• £7.95 on orders up to £149.
• FREE on orders above £149.
